Uh. Thanks. Saw that. Doesn't change that it was a homicide. I swear that in every single thread about Eric Garner someone tries to pretend he died of natural causes. It was a homicide. Meaning the cop killed him.

It was a homicide, but a minimally culpable one. It's irresponsible to compare it to cold blooded murder. Not that you are by the way, but plenty of people are.

That dude fought with the cops and had a heart attack. He was breaking the law. He knew he was breaking the law. He was told he was under arrest and he resisted. He never submitted to the arrest. The whole time he was saying get could not breathe, he was resisting. The grand jury did not indict the cops. The Mayor should have supported the grand jury verdict and told the protestors they were wrong.
