Being a black guy in a white neighborhood won't get them harassed. It's more about how someone looks aka dressing like a thug or gang member IMO. Any white kid walking down the sidewalk of middle/upper class neighborhood dressed like gangster will get questioned just like a black guy would. Not saying someone's clothes or appearance should be reasons for such, just saying that's how it is these days. Sorta like what Mark Cuban said about prejudice vs racism.
