My SIL is in very bad shape now. Bleeding in his brain. All due to a dam Mexican that couldn't speak a word of English, driving a dam 18 wheeler without any lights.

sounds like the company is breaking the law, and yes most sugar cane haulers probably don't even have a CDL. Goes back to enforcing laws

And even dumber people can get a license to drive a car. You make a good point about the Mexicans though. They must have diplomatic immunity because they drive like shite
