I didn't ask for at least three reasons.
First, I got the impression he was there to just hang out, at least in terms of what he was "putting out there." In that case, all those things are just rude.
Second, there's always a team "handler." If the conversation went away from what the team wanted, it would have been shut down. Why push it?
Third, he has no idea. If the labrum is not knitting itself back together, all the rehab in the world will not help. He does not know, and basically can not know, so why push it?
Rather, just enjoy what can be enjoyed.
