Ya know the fact is nothing changes if nothing changes. If Black men or white keep having 4-5 children with3-4 women and arnt in thT child's life to raise him or her, that child likely will be dependent forever . The Whiteman can't do a Thing to fix that. And whether it's liked or not ,the Democratic Party wants it that way because of votes. And if I'm wrong show me where? If the black culture doesn't change ,well there will be no change. Hell if any black kid comes walking down street and I've never seen him before I will ask him where he coming from or keep a close eye on him. Call me a racist but my Black neighbor is even worse than me.. He actually told me to not trust any of those guys. And some of you black people on here profile other black men .
