From a woman's perspective, I do think that the father should have a say in whether the couple's baby lives or dies. I do have an issue with how this bill is worded and with the domestic violence part and perhaps that can be worked on and altered. The life and safety of both mother and baby are important. I despise women who deny the fathers any rights but then go to great lengths to make sure they get every penny of child support they can squeeze out of him. Whatever animosity there is (and I'm not referring to violence here, but a more or less 'normal' divorce, if there is such a thing) is between the spouses, and the baby has no fault.

There is an easy solution to all of this.

Use a god damn condom.

Sorry guys you have no rights to a woman's body.
