Lets say JH takes the offer. How will he be able to surround himself with talented coordinators and coaches? I would have to think that they would not be getting paid very much since Michigan wants to throw all of its money at one guy rather than a talented group of coaches.
I guess the argument could be JH has been successful in the past with inferior supporting coaches i.e. San Diego St. and Stanford?
