some other coaches may use michigan.
jh is not. if he is not interested, he will say no at the beginning. he played here and has root here.
he will not drag the process into its third week now.

Someone leaked the offer: Harbaugh's camp, or Michigan. If Harbaugh did, he is using them. If Michigan did, then it is someone who is not happy about the situation. There is no scenario where Michigan wants this offer public IMO.

He did it last time round. Look it up. Adam Schfter and John Clayton were on ESPN saying Harbaugh to UM was a lock, after he had publicly met with both the 49ers and dolphins.
