Any those cheap chinese tape strips on Amazon work great. Have used them in several applications.
I'd stick with the whites instead of RGBs like Diat posted for ease of use if you just want under cabinet lighting. You may want to go with a warm white though instead of pure white to get less of a intense bright blue white color.

Be careful how you daisy chain, they usually only daisy chain out one full roll on the cheap stuff. Manufacturer dependent...
