Is there anyway to retro fit any of these lights to existing homes that aren't hard wired? How do you power them?

I have used the strip lights for a bunch of things already, and they work great. But i would find one that comes with a remote and has the waterproof coating.
This set makes for some cool backlighting that allows remote control and multiple colors, but the white in it is a little blue so probably not the best for under cabinet.
