USA: Obama issues 'executive orders by another name MOST EVER

Most executive actions since Harry Truman, or MOST EVER memoranda, and the most combined executive actions since Harry Truman of WW2 fame.
Gregory Korte, USA TODAY
By issuing his directives as "memoranda" rather than executive orders, Obama has downplayed the extent of his executive actions.
Washington-President Obama has used a form of executive action known as the presidential memorandum more than any other president in history-using it to take unilateral action even as he has issued fewer executive orders.
When these two forms of directives are taken together, Obama is on track to take more high-level executive actions than any president since Harry Truman six decades ago.
He has used memoranda to make policy on gun control, immigration and labor regulations.
Like executive orders, presidential memoranda don't require action by Congress. They have the same force of law as executive orders and often have consequences just as far reaching.

The rest of the USA TODAY story can be read online ( I had it written and it disappeared )
So, Obama's people cry that he isn't using his executive powers, but these reporters have exposed that as JUST ANOTHER OBAMA LIE.

Everything about this administration is done in secret or cloaked in deception. Obama is a liar who's house of cards is built on lies.

The justice dept issued opinions saying it's legal. Why are you questioning or complaining about legal actions of the executive???

This is just another example of "changing the definition" to make his actions seem legitimate. Same as his "deportation" numbers are inflated because stopping someone at the border is now included in the deportation numbers.
His whole presidency is built around lies. Obamacare....deficit neutral....you can keep your plan/doctor.....on and on and on.
