I would fricking LOVE IT if someone told me they had to meet me at night or on a weekend because someone didn't want to take time off of their current job, it shows they take their job seriously.

Good way to look at it. From my perspective, our company's culture is not a positive one and employee moral is down in the toilet. Two years ago, I would have done everything to accommodate anyone for a job interview. Today, not so much.
On a more positive note, I'll be in Scottsdale in January. Staying at the Marriott. Drinks?
