I'm of the opinion that if he had a stellar background, he could command this of me. Unfortunately, he does not. I'm really not sure how he made it past our internal recruiter, other than the fact he has a quota he has to fill.

If he doesn't command this of your time tell you got some steaks to grill on your new outdoor kitchen.

I went on a interview fresh out of college to Houston from a head hunter and I was like wtf? did you even read my resume or my cover letter - taught me a valuable lesson ask more questions but I was a naïve 26 y/o - I learned that these recruiters only care about themselves.
