Dumbell Rows x cable rows

Shoulders, arms, abs today

Legs/abs tomorrow

rinse/repeat second half of the week


You have nothing to worry about once your leg day becomes your favorite day

Is the top row of numbers supposed to be what you're pulling for the dumbbell rows? Because if so, that's pretty sad for a guy who claims to do 22 consecutive pullups.
