I had a bad experience with a Toyota Dealership and called Toyota Corporate.

They can't force a dealer to do anything, but they can certainly ask. And if they still refuse, they can call local dealers and ask if they will get you the same truck at the same price. At least that's what happened in my case.

WTF? You are going to report a dealership for refusing to sell across state lines?
