Went to Aruba for my honeymoon in February. It was a blast. I definitely recommend the jeep tour of the island as someone has already mentioned. You don't have to rent it yourself if you don't want to. The terrain you have to drive through is crazy. You can always just go with a guide/group if that's what you prefer. It's basically an all day thing though. We stayed at La Cabana. There's nicer places but we got to stay here free due to my wife's parents timeshare. I'm sure the Ritz is super nice.
I'd recommend Screaming Eagle. Some of the best Surf n Turf I've ever had. They have canopy beds to eat on which are cool too. I had never done that before. Sounds like a lot of trouble I know, eating in bed and all, but it was awesome.
You should also do a sunset cruise one night.
Baby beach had a lot of people there but was still nice.
The natural pool was one of the coolest things I've ever seen.
And just FYI, Aruba is sketchy away from the resorts (insert Natalie Holloway joke), so I wouldn't venture too far away.
Hope this helps.
