My wife and I just had out first child this year. Some things we expected and didn't expect.
1) born 5 weeks early so stayed in the NICU for 12 days. We've already met our 5K max for him.
2) daycare - we found one that supplies the formula, which is a cost taken away for us
3) formula - wife was expecting to breast feed but milk never came in
4) dr visit copays. He's been in and out of the dr office with ear infections. Getting tubes this week. Glad we already met his max....
