I know it's on the other side of the spectrum, but the being of Toy Story is awesome. It gets a little lost in the shuffle because it was Pixar's first, but it sets the scene/tone perfectly for all 3 movies really.

The closest they've ever come to the greatness of Up was the beginning of Wall-E. In fact, all of Wall-E really. They managed to make the audience fall in love with a robot that never uttered a single full sentence. There wasn't a single line of dialogue in the first 20 minutes.
