Kudos to the families of the 17 individuals killed at Newtown who refused to take part in this publicity stunt by Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder. Today was the very last day such a lawsuit could have been filed and the reason that law firm waited to the last day is because they were hoping to persuade others to join in on it. The story should be about those 17 families rather than the 10 that allowed themselves to be hustled into this suit by a law firm which brags on its website that "Our attorneys have won six of the ten largest personal injury verdicts in Connecticut history.".
