Seems like it has to be Miami, at least in the near future.

Nebraska I feel pretty confident won't be consistently elite again - their only chance is to follow Oregon's strategy: major marketing makeover that gives them a unique niche in their respective recruiting markets (the Midwest in this case instead of California). It can be done but I don't think it will be.

Jury's out on Tennessee. They have talent and they're in a down division inside of a financial machine of a conference, so you'd think they could have a breakthrough and reestablish themselves... but that's been the case for a few years now and it hasn't happened yet. You kinda have to wonder how long the window will stay open...

Miami's in the same spot as Tennessee, but they have a weaker conference giving them a better chance to make a breakthrough, and they're in a better recruiting location.

It depends on what you are saying. The U will never have sustained success ever again because of the lack of facilities/support. But they are sitting in the middle of a mother lode of talent. So they will have isolated years here and there where the stars align and they can make a run.

Nebraska is deader than Kelsey's nuts.
