Riiiiight a Texas school is the only one to recruit out of state players for HS.

Its not like its just a neighboring state...its HAWAII. You're not just driving an extra 45 minutes to pull a kid from a district/city over. Im not saying they are the only ones. Still doesnt make it reasonable. If its a public HS then they should have more than enough talent to win if the coaching ability is there.
