This sort of thing is exactly why we need stronger borders. These people should not even be on our soil in order to sue us for mistreatment.

If the border patrol agent(s) was in the wrong, they should be punished for it. You still don't treat a human being like that. But, the victim was here illegally and performing another illegal act, so I don't feel much sympathy for them. Give him a free trip back to Mexico.
