I have a nylon decoy bag with shoulder straps (cheap but works)...cut a hole in the middle of the bottom...stick the carabiner through it with the dekes hooked on and pull the bag down over the dekes...then close the bag...hook the carabiner back on the shoulder straps and ready to go...

Bought a few of the ones the OP post at Bass Pro last year. They had them on sale for about $10 at the time. Was a power buy.
