Here's how I do it with my normal deke bag:

1. Attach all decoy line loops to carabiner.
2. Hang the decoys over your shoulder (half in front and half in back. i usally do 12 per carabiner so that's 6 and 6.
3. hold bag in left hand and put 3 decoys in bag at a time.
4. After loading the 6 decoys, drop the bag to the ground and hold the carabiner with your right hand and allow the 6 decoys not in the bag to rest on the ground. now you have 6 dekes in the bag which will make it easier to keep the bag oriented upright.
5. Grab the line for 3 more and lift and drop them in then do it for the last 3.

it sounds silly to have to write this up but I struggled with figuring out the best way to do it as well...the opening of the bag would go limp and if you try to drop in all 12 at the same time, they are at the same height and clearly way too big..so some of them go in but the others just smash down the opening which is counterproductive.

If there's a hog panel on the blind, it's easiest to clip the decoy bag to that so you can use one hand to hold the bag open and the other to drop them in.

Good luck!
