I would be concerned about the covering material, as one is made for light leaves and the other is made for heavy plastic pointy things. That said, the skeleton looks exactly the same.

I will say this, they sink like a rock. My cousin nearly lost his last weekend when he threw out his last decoy. He turned around and it was gone.

Luckily he felt it with his foot and got it back.
