If all of my children(6) don't grow up and become successful millionaires, I will love them anyway. Oh my, I hope that doesn't make me a mediocre father.

What if one of your children was a genius, and that child only wanted to smoke pot all day and work at shop right as a cashier?
Would you "enjoy" that? You wouldn't be just a little disappointed? You probably would, and that's the mindset you are condemning here.
