Miles makes $4.3 million per year and his assistants make another $5 mill or so. Pardon the pun, but knowing what a quality guy Miles is, for him to even consider I think Michigan would need to match those numbers for him and the assistants.

He wouldn't just be taking the entire coaching staff with him. He would definitely have to make changes. Not only do the assistants he has deserve the chance to decide if they want to live in Michigan and recruit in Michigan, but he should also consider hiring guys who could recruit that area for Michigan. I've never seen an entire coaching staff just pick up and change schools, and its highly likely here that Les would make many adjustments to his staff because Michigan is drastically different from LSU.

If they do though I think he'll take it. Les is a sentimental guy I think and the lure of being the conquering hero who brought the maize and blue back to relevance would be too much for him IMO.
