There are milpec and commercial BUFFER TUBES...90% of lowers are made to the same milspec dimensions, but may not be milspec bc of different coating, metals, etc...

To answer OP's question..they will mate up fine.

Should be fine, I have an essential arms lower on a palmetto state armory upper and have had no issues whatsoever
