Now is the time to dump him IMO. He could come back and be great but the peripherals at the end of last year don't seem to indicate it (drop in velocity, drastic decrease in K/9 and K%, decrease in K/BB, etc. - check out his second half splits on Fangraphs). Now is the time to unload him for value (if you can trade at this point) while all of this is mere conjecture. If he starts the season and has a Verlander-esque April, you're going to hate yourself.

I think everyone is in agreement on your evaluation of Wainwright; I couldn't give him away in DAT. The difference of opinion lies in Segura being "for value".
