I have no idea, but the context she's using, she is wrong.

I do not believe he is a racist, in that he despises white people.

I've always thought he is a "RACIALIST". Accordingly, he accepts the Leftist/Marxist/Professorial critique, and divides the world in neat little categories. He then ascribes virtue, both good and bad to entire categories of human beings. He then proposes that those groups with "bad" virtue can "cleanse" themselves by supporting the policy issues that he proposes.

His view on race is fundamentally Un-American, contrary to human-nature and as we are witnessing now leads to racial division and strife.

B.O. is a believer in Critical Race Theory, as well as the Prof in college he defended who was pushing it, this prof was Derrick Bell who actually developed the "theory". J. Wright, B.O.'s minister for what twenty+ years, also a believer in CRT.
Oh, don't do what CNN did, and refer to Wikipedia, you should be able to find Bell's own CRT writings.
Do so and if you can twist logic and reason that he's not, well then you should go work for CNN
