Comes with house made chips, but no, your food does not include your tip
I don't really think the price is that crazy. Sourcing locally baked bread, making their own condiments, using decent quality meat, etc.
Like someone else said, you easily pay $10-$14 for a whole poboy. The sandwiches at CP are all large in my experience. I could split one easily.
ETA: $9 for a bleu cheese wedge is crazy. But I find them overpriced pretty much everywhere.

Seems like everybody wants fresh, locally made food at Subway prices. If you don't want to pay that much for it, don't. I'm willing to pay a premium to support local places that do a great job.
