The Big12 doesn't have nearly the juice to do this. Only a bitch program is going to choose to deal with the UT conference. They will get Cincinnati and UCF/USF/UConn/Boise St probably.
I don't think BYU wants to be in a conference no matter how much they like beating the shite out of Texas.
