He isn't a volunteer coaching preteens in the neighborhood.
The problem is, I've seen volunteer coaches who can say "here's what I've got to work with, how can I mold MY scheme to fit THEIR talent" or "what I'm doing isn't working, I should adjust".
Even the simplest mistakes can't be corrected by this regime. For example, the issues with getting the play in timely to avoid wasted time outs and clock mgmt problems have been pervasive thru out his tenure. At what point is it acceptable for the fan base to be allowed to say "hey coach, why can't you identify this as a problem and at least try SOMETHING to fix it?" I don't even care if what he tries doesn't work but at least try something. Don't just keep arguing with which ever OC over the play calls and getting delays of game and or wasted time outs.
