Les Miles was 100% offered the Michigan job and turned it down. He's not going to embarrass his university publicly.

Programs like Michigan don't give a shite what their fan base thinks when hiring a coach and they certainly aren't sending a plane to Baton Rouge to fake a interest they don't really have for a coach.
