I see a lot of "they" this and "they" that. Black people do not have a hive mind. 
It is simply a way to expose how terrible the justice system can be at times in America.
Lastly, there are no protest on black on black crimes because 9/10 the criminal is locked up. Where as you have a cop on video choking a man out, and he gets to go on about his life.
If you really want to learn why we feel the way we feel, how about asking us instead of making generalizations about the whole race.

As far as the cop choking the dude out and going about his life. That's a government issue. Not a white on black issue. The government simply has too much power.

The generalizations are coming from what's being published. Most of us aren't thinking normal blacks are all looking to rob and kill. We just laugh at people on the Internet saying stupid shite like "a mother shouldn't have to fear for her son's life every time he robs a store"...
