While Arizona was unranked when they played Oregon this year, I'd say they were "more than capable of winning, and are a good team." Not much difference from USC that year.

But I think you have to give Helfrich a couple of more years before you can evaluate him. Although the defense is playing better from the beginning of the year, he might want to upgrade over Pellum at DC this offseason. I doubt they will, but it could really hurt them over the next few years without Mariota carrying the load.
