My general rule of thumb is, if I'm torn on an issue. Read SEC Crazy's post about it and take the complete opposite position.

This whole grand jury decision bothers the shite outta me. I'm baffled that out of a group of 23 ppl, 12 voted not to go to trial.

If you really think he was minding his own business and hurting nobody, then why did the cops basically beat his arse and pretty much light the fuse on his own death throes instead of following common sense and just issue him a ticket?
