I'm not sure how anyone can defend this one. The ones who are, must be the extreme bootlickers.

Whoever thinks that nonviolent petty crimes should be met with violence, let alone violence aggressive enough to kill somebody, should really take a step back and think about what kind of society they want to live in, and what kind of power they want to give to the gov't. We are truly moving towards a guilty until proven innocent society. Very scary.
