i have done it. in my case, it was an ultimate act of selfishness. do some things for others. be selfless. see the happiness of helping somebody for no particular reason. it can really help gain perspective.

They are doable, if you chew them too long they tend to get papery but they do give you a satisfying crunch and flavor and what not.

I once had a discussion at work about how no one does things to be selfless and everyone keeps score. One guy said he didn't but we all know everyone keeps score.
