this was my fathers reasoning.

of course they are getting smegma in africa. they don't even have clean water to drink much less clean themselves.

The good news is you will probably be dead when/if it happens. Tends to be much more common when older people have bladder issues and can't clean themselves as well/can't afford caregivers to wash their privates for them.

Leads to a new round of medically required circumcisions which are much riskier in elderly patients.

I wonder who the first person to attempt a circumcision was? It is always funny to me how controversial this topic is. I guess anything concerning dicks is bound to rile some people up.
