You may need to go to Settings -> Security -> Check the box next to "Unknown sources" to allow apps from unknown sources.
Download and install these two apks:
1. New Gmail 5.0
2. Exchange Services 6.5
add your exchange account to the new Gmail app. you can then sync your calendar and apps to your phone through that.
