Most monitors do not properly display color..did you create the piece ? if so in what program?

if you did, in the color dialog box, you should see the proper PMS or the CMYK composition. (if CMYK) ... same for RGB

depending on the size of the piece and what it is..make sure you are at 300dpi minimum or above...at 600+ for a vibrant s


the better the file, the better the print...
MOST of the printing services have pretty good printers.
