What part do you not understand?
So Benaon throws GSU a bone with a waiver then slaps them in the face by letting everyone know they would be left at home,if necessary. Great leadership.
Benson was pressured by his members. It really isn't that hard to understand.

Not that Benson would have ANY pull with the NCAA anyway. You are giving him way too much credit.
