Sounds like you are advocating for some type of vendetta from the St. Louis Police Department against the Rams. I am SO glad that you are advocating for justice here. And, hey, if something got "found" in a Rams car during a routine traffic stop, then too bad for them, right? How dare they protest!

It is crazy that the very people who are AGAINST an authoritarian state when it comes to Obama/Dems are all for it when it comes to the Police against Blacks. You do realize that we all live in the same country, right?

No vendetta implied at all. I am shocked--just shocked!!--that anyone would think that. What I am talking about are those cases in which police officers in the St. Louis area use their considerable discretion to cut a Rams player some slack over an infraction as small as a speeding ticket and maybe even something larger like possession of small amounts of illegal substances. Of course St. Louis area police officers turn a blind eye on occasion when Rams players participate in "minor" illegal activity. What local police officer wants to put the local team in a position to lose the next game by arresting a key Rams player who had violated a teeny law like driving under the influence or possession of illegal substances?

If that favorable police discretion--which, of course, is unfair in the first place and should not happen to benefit famous wealthy athletes--should suddenly disappear, then who could possibly be against that? We're not talking about finding the first Rams player we can find and planting evidence to send a signal to the five lovely Rams players who were just exercising their rights to speak their minds.
