"Freedom of Speech" is only guaranteed under the Constitution as protection from the govt. It is not a guaranteed right in both the private or public setting. Thus, you can't scream "Fire" in a movie theater, your boss has the right to restrict what you say in regards to the company to a large degree. etc etc.
