Rebuilding a program is a young man's business. Les is likely to run out of steam in another couple of years. Though I am a Les fan, I would not be upset to see Miles hired away. It would prevent the inevitable decline a la Bowden, Bryant, Paterno, and Mack Brown.

Or initiate a decline.

Not really. They need a guy who can turn them around in 2-3 years. That's plenty of time for Les.
