I would love more variety Could attract more big time recruits and make us more like a modern team. I mean I love the traditional yellow-white-yellow uniforms, but seeing it every game is getting kind of old.

completely agree. I've been a huge Tiger fan for decades, but our look hasn't changed since the mid-70s. Frankly, it's looking a bit tired and stale.

I'm all for maintaining our traditional look, but let's freshen it up a bit. And once a year, really shake it up (not like Oregon), but like those Nike uniforms we wore against Arkansas a few years back.

And to all those "purists" who don't want to change a thing, please note that in the last 3 years, we've changed the number font, the Tiger head logo, and the shoulder stripes. So change can happen.

I'd love to see some fresh looks with the uniforms. Like maybe try gold instead of yellow. I think recruits would think it fun.

I know there's a lot of crabby old bastards on the Rant who think LSUs uniforms were created on the 3rd day though. The same types who call everything but a run up the middle a "gimmick."

But change does not always mean good. See the number font.

The only alternate jersey we should use is the one from the 2011 Auburn game.

I think what the purists are afraid of is a situation where we start making a few changes and people start running wild with it. Also, there was no reason to make these changes in the first place.
