Don't get me wrong - a fit, active dancing body, very cute (maybe even better than cute) face, moves well has a sexy attitude, high OT rating and ALL that - but how is a 4'10" woman going to be the hottest of all time? Some leggy gal has got to have her beat.
(Plus, she's dumb as a box of hammers - if that deducts points on ScarJo, who is much more my type, physically, it has to for Shakira - hot and sexy, though she may be.)
