miles needs to answer for this as well but shouldn't the recruiting coordinator maintain a listing of guys being recruited. there are ncaa rules that limit contact so we must keep records of who we are talking to. it should be easy for the recruiting coordinator or head coach to look into a recruiting LSU recruiting database and see who we have contacted and how often.

poor management a least and lazy arse at worst.

man, who the hell do you think enters the data into the database? it took miles a while to discover that the guy was making shite up. as a former sales manager I had more than one guy that drove past a prospects office and it ended up on his sales report as a call. it was properly entered into said "magic database" and if officially became a propect call.

it appears that your hatred for miles has clouded your intellect.

A couple of points. First, what is Miles supposed to do for those who say he is ultimately responsible. "Hey Mr Great Tackle, you need to come to LSU but please don't check into how many OL our coach has put into the pros." Laughable that some think the HC can do squat if the OL coach isn't producing as far as a recruit goes. What Les Miles can do...he did. That is getting rid of an OL coach who isn't doing his job on the field and in recruiting.

Second, for those who take Cameron Robinson or any other LA recruit at face value when they say why they didn't sign with LSU, you guys aren't gullible right? I mean what better way to escape local criticism from hometown folks than to say "they didn't want me" or "they didn't recruit me hard enough" or "they didn't offer me early enough." It couldn't be a deflection mechanism to get the monkey off their own back right? Nah, it couldn't be that.
