It doesn't work like that. If he gets another job Nebraska pays the difference between the 2 jobs if the job pays less. It just guarantees that his pay doesn't decrease during the remainder of his contract

Pellini is a very volatile person. He is a "psyco" on the sideline. Nebraska administration are Tom Osbourne clones....laid back,Boy Scout types....this never was a fit...ever. Bo cussed like a sailor and got in the face of players and assistant coaches in full view of cameras.
